Hanoi - Perfume pagoda - Hoabinh - Maichau - Hoalu (3 days)

Day 1: HANOI - PARFUME PAGODA - HOABINH    (B-D)

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to the Perfume Pagoda, a complex of pagodas and Buddhist shrines, about 70km southwest of Hanoi. On arrival take a sampan for a cruise along the gentle Yen River to reach Thien Tru Pagoda. Along the way stop at Den Trinh Temple and visit pagodas. Enjoy a picnic box for lunch and in the afternoon join a two-hour walking tour and explore Giai Oan Pagoda and Huong Tich cave… Continue to Hoa Binh. Dinner in a local restaurant.
Overnight in Hoa Binh.

Day 2: HOABINH - MAICHAU - NINHBINH    (B-L-D)

After breakfast drive to the Thai minority village of Mai Chau. On the way stop and visit a Muong minority village and learn about the traditional life of the local people. Lunch in Mai Chau and in the afternoon continue to Ninh Binh via National road 12A. Dinner in a local restaurant.
Overnight in Ninh Binh

Day 3: NINHBINH - HOALU - HANOI   (B-L)

After breakfast drive to Van Lam village and board a small sampan for a spectacular 3-hour cruise through numerous waterways and beautiful rural landscape of limestone cliffs and rice paddies to the stunning Tam Coc caves. Discover Bich Dong Pagoda before lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon visit Dinh and Le dynastic temples then drive back to Hanoi and transfer to your hotel.
